It Came From the 518

Don’t worry, it’s not a swamp thing or a blob man or some kind of ManBearPig. If there were going to be some kind of Capital Region-specific menace wreacking Sim City-caliber havoc, our money’s on an army of escaped nanobots microscopically feasting on skin cells . . . but we digress. This is a rock show. A weekend affair to be exact, featuring a pretty awesome and diverse group of local talent. On Saturday, William Hale, Rawhead, Mitochi, Racing City Ghosts and Ben Karis-Nix will play. And on Sunday, the Disposable Rocket Band, Sun Burdens and Mr. Owl take the stage. They’ll melt your face in the fun way. (Oct. 6, 8:30 PM, $5, 63A Putnam St., Saratoga Springs, 584-8066)
