Brother Joscephus of modern-day Brooklyn has testified that love and funk will raise you from the dead. Ditto, hallelujah! The 12-piece Love Revolution are probably something old JC could have gotten down to, so long as he dug deep, second-line New Orleans grooves and tight horn breakdowns.
