Sesame Street Live

by The Staff on January 31, 2013

Oh no! There’s trouble on Sesame Street: Super Grover “has lost his superness.” Never fear, however, Elmo and his pals come to the rescue in the latest Sesame Street Live production, Elmo’s Super Heroes.

If you (and the young ’uns) like Sesame Street, Sesame Street Live is more of the same: a seamless blend of entertainment and education. Think about it: Taking them to Elmo’s Super Heroes is a win-win situation. Your kids will experience their favorite characters presented in a Broadway-style production with high-class production values, and quite possibly learn something; and you won’t have to listen to weeks of complaining about how they wanted to see Elmo live in person and you wouldn’t let them.

Sesame Street Live will present Elmo’s Super Heroes beginning tomorrow (Friday, Feb. 1) through Sunday (Feb. 3) at the Palace Theatre (19 Clinton Ave., Albany). Shows are Friday at 10:30 AM and 7 PM, Saturday at 10:30 AM, 2, and 5:30 PM; and Sunday (Feb. 3) at 1 and 4:30 PM. Tickets are $16-$71. For tickets, call (800) 745-3000.
