Shakespeare & Company’s latest production, Heroes, opens with a preview performance tonight (Thursday). The award-winning Heroes is “the irreverent and poignant story of three World War I veterans confined to a retirement home in their twilight years,” translated from Gerald Sibleyras’ French original by Tom Stoppard.

Heroes, which is directed by Kevin G. Coleman and stars Jonathan Epstein, Malcolm Ingram and Robert Lohbauer, opens tonight (Thursday, June 13) at 8:30 PM at Shakespeare & Company’s Elayne P. Bernstein Theatre (70 Kemble St., Lenox, Mass.) and will run through Sept. 1. Depending on the day of the week and the performance time, tickets can range from $15 to $50.
