True to its name, the country’s first major yoga festival has spread across the land totaling seven separate events this year in places as far off as Oahu and Chile. The Stratton Mountain installation remains one of the largest, however, with hundreds of events, classes, workshops and performances slated for this weekend. Rock star yoga teachers include Seane Corn, Ana Forrest, Elena Brower and Schuyler Grant, with actual rock star Femi Kuti (pictured)—son of Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti—headlining the music. The expanded music lineup will also feature the Juan MacLean, DJ Drez, MC Yogi, Srikala, Quixotic, Caravan Palace, and something called the Wanderlust Spectacular that promises to mix music, lights and human movement into one big, well, spectacle.
Wanderlust Vermont comes to Stratton Mountain (Bondville, Vt.) from Thursday (June 20) to Sunday (June 23). Ticket packages range from $15 to $475. Visit wanderlustfestival.com for more info.
