“We are continuing to proactively deliver assistance to homeowners across the state that may be facing foreclosure,” said Gov. Andrew Cuomo via press release. Cuomo deployed the Department of Financial Services’ Mobile Command Center to the Capital Region, and it parked in Troy’s Monument Square on Wednesday (Nov. 13) as part of the initiative to help struggling homeowners saves their homes.
The vehicle has traveled across New York state staffed with members of the department to offer one-on-one advisement sessions about the options available to families who may be in danger of losing their homes. Upcoming dates and locations will be announced at dfs.ny.gov.
