Mark our words: If (and when) Outkast reunite and return to touring next summer (the rumor mill is vigorously churning right now), little old Phantogram are gonna be on the bus. The Saratoga Springs duo were featured on—count ‘em—three tracks of Big Boi’s Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors hardly a year ago, so the relationship is deep and the timing is right. Just you wait and see . . .

It’s not as if Sarah and Josh really need the bump these days though. In September, they released a self-titled four-song EP to hype their forthcoming sophomore record Voices. Meanwhile, they’re selling out most of the clubs they’re booked to this winter and headlining legit big rooms like NYC’s Terminal 5. These babies have officially graduated.

For their homecoming show at Upstate Concert Hall they’ll be joined by Until the Ribbon Breaks and Weeknight.

Phantogram will play Upstate Concert Hall (1208 Route 146, Clifton Park) on Saturday (Dec. 7) at 8 PM. Tickets are $20. Call 371-0012 for more info.
