It was game-on for family fun at Queen Mab’s Enchanted City, a Troy “steampunk-inspired street faire” held on Saturday (Oct. 4), despite a steady rain that forced the headlining band, This Way to the Egress, to be moved to Brown’s Brewing Co. Overcast skies didn’t dampen the spirits of the many fairies, mad scientists, steampunks, street urchins, Victorian ladies and gents, and Whovian time travelers who attended in costume, nor the enthusiasm of the festival performers and merchants who transformed lower River Street into a realm of whimsy and artistry.
