Trillium bis

The Sagamore, 110 Sagamore Road, Bolton Landing, 644-9400. The word bis is added to the Trillium name and refers to “encore” in the French language. The newly remodeled restaurant represents both a conceptual and physical revision of the Trillium as it enters into the 20th season. Dining centers on allowing the quality and taste of each component of a dish to speak for itself. The menu will change seasonally and feature daily-caught seafood, farm raised meats and artisan ingredients. Also features a 40 seat lounge and bar overlooking the lake and serving food from 5-11pm daily. The dress code is “Smart Casual.” The Trillium bis offers wine dinners monthly from July until October.
