Beardslee Castle

Route 5, Little Falls, (315) 823-3000, Dine in one of five intimate rooms, in this historic castle in Central New York (complete with ghosts, or at least abundant rumors thereof). Chef-owner Randall Brown offers consistently creative cuisine that changes nightly, and always features fresh ingredients. Range of fare includes Mediterranean, Italian, Asian and Southwestern influences and beyond. Excellent and eclectic wine and beer selection, and a thoughtful children’s menu available.
