a contemporary twist. Appetizers include handmade shrimp
summer rolls and golden-fried spring rolls with fresh lettuce,
mint and cucumber. Try the exotic soup, Canh Chua, with
shrimp, fresh tomatoes, and pineapple in a spicy tamarind
broth. Entrées include the crispy boneless lemongrass duck
and vegetarian grilled tofu finished with a spicy bean curd
