When Wikipedia offers disambiguation options for the band name you’ve just typed in, they rarely have anything to do with the artist in question. For Atlanta heavy metal band Sevendust, however, the related search terms are fairly apt. Sevin Dust is the “third most-used insecticide in the United States,” while SevenDust was a computer virus that attacked Macs in 1998, also known as 666. Either one might have been inspiration for the band, who’ve traveled to Afghanistan and back since their debut in the late ’90s. Their newest, Black Out the Sun, will be released at the end of March. Lacuna Coil and Avatar will open this tour stop. (Feb. 6, 7:30 Pm, $23, 1208 Route 146, Clifton Park, 371-0012)
