Anything Goes

by The Staff on July 3, 2013

Roundabout Theatre Company’s acclaimed revival of Cole Porter’s Anything Goes opens at Proctors this week for a six-day run.

Set on a glamorous transatlantic liner, this story of “lovers, liars and clowns” is a comic triumph made even more delightful by Cole Porter’s classic songs, which include “You’re the Top,” “I Get a Kick Out of You,” “It’s De-Lovely,” and the title song.

Anything Goes, starring Rachel York, opens Tuesday (July 9) and runs through July 14 on the Mainstage at Proctors (432 State St., Schenectady). Performances are Tuesday through Saturday at 8 PM; Thursday (July 11), Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM. Tickets are $20-$70. For more info, call 346-6204.
